This App developed by Elite International For Systems
the app available only for Saudi resident
the main goal of the app is to enable users to request a water tanker and
maintain orders status tracking .
users must register first and create an account .
Required Information :
-Name :customer name
-Water Account :Water Account is important for the application to determine if the user can request a tanker or not based on business requirement .
users obtain water account from national water company , this app is designd for national water companys customers
when the water is disconnected for some reasons the app enables the users to request atanker of water from one of
filling stations that managed by my customer (owner of the app) .
so every user should have valid water account to use this app and we have a formula to check the water account validety .
water account is essential for the app to complete its functions.
-Mobile no: so the user can receive confirmation messages .
-District : based on the customer residency location.
-preferred Tanker Size: can be changed every time the user request a tanker .
users can request a tanker and can register a complaint regarding specific tanker Request.
